How has this language been working in your area? Do people file grievances? Do they win? Has anyone seen triple time pay?

Well let me ask one question here. In order to get on the list , a person has to work 3 days in a week over 9.5. So here is the question. If a driver works over 9.5 and has plan day less than a 9.5 does it still count?

Yes it still counts if you are not dispatched with a 9.5 day. In our center management will take the driver into the office and in a round about way intimidate them with production harassment, this has been done by accusation of purposeful work slow down and pulling records of when a supervisor rode with the driver. It doesn't seem to matter if the trace was the same or not.

In our center our steward has filed grievances an as of now those loads had been adjusted, but you have to file we have a few drivers who has not an has to live with the problem. But now were concern on what is considered an exteneded route my center the majority of the routes exceed 100 plus miles.
