I know this is a no no and I don't do it. However, there is a driver being fired for it and it would help if anyone could produce a warning letter or suspension letter they have gotten for doing this. The company has no proof the driver was doing this but it looks like panel is eminent. A copy from anyone out there would help if someone has one regarding signing for customers. If the customer tells you to sign because their hands are tied and they cant get to the diad would a letter from that customer help the driver or hurt the driver because it shows the driver still broke the rule??

Did the driver sign his name or the customers name?

Does the company have proof from a customer indicating a signature was forged? Other wise they do not have a case and article 17 should be filed by the driver.
